Providence Health Care is a global leader in providing care to seniors and others in need of longer term care including assisted living and rehab services.

Residents and rehab patients are cared for by a variety of healthcare workers including nurses, personal care assistants, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, mental health workers, physiotherapists, activity aides and rehab workers, social workers, dietitian, pastoral support, pharmacists and the family physicians.

Holy Family Hospital is home to 78 long-term care residents as well as one of the largest referral centres for rehabilitation in British Columbia. Our rehabilitation services at Holy Family Hospital include a 65-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and extensive outpatient services. It's conveniently located close to Richmond and the Vancouver International Airport.

Mount Saint Joseph Long-Term Care is a complex care long-term care facility that is home to 60 residents. Our care program embraces and celebrates the culture of everyone who we care for, with a special focus on the care needs and communication needs of the Chinese-Canadian population.

Every effort is made to ensure a home-like atmosphere here. At Mount Saint Joseph, residents live in an elder-centred community. Each area of the residence is called a neighbourhood. The other residents, family members and caregivers are their neighbours. Mount Saint Joseph Long-Term Care Home is located on the second floor of Mount Saint Joseph Hospital which also has acute, outpatient and emergency care services – all of which operate separately from the home.

St. Vincent’s: Brock Fahrni is a long-term care home located on Vancouver’s west side. It is home to 130 residents. It's located in the St. Vincent's: Brock Fahrni Pavilion of the BC Women's Hospital.

St. Vincent’s: Honoria Conway-Heather is an assisted living residence for seniors who are able to make decisions on their own behalf, but require help with day-to-day activities. It's located on the edge of Queen Elizabeth Park and on major public transportation routes.

St. Vincent’s: Langara is a complex care residential facility located in South Vancouver.

The "Langara residence" is home to 196 residents from a variety of cultural backgrounds, as well as a specialized unit serving 20 adult mental health clients. It's conveniently located close to Richmond and the Vancouver International Airport.

Youville Residence is a multi-level care facility located the Riley Park—Little Mountain area of Vancouver. It's home to older residents and offers specialized mental health services. It's location on the edge of Queen Elizabeth Park and close to public transportation makes it an attractive location for employees.
