Pay Transparency
In May 2023, the Government of British Columbia enacted the Pay Transparency Act to support the identification and reduction of gender pay gaps in the province. Under this legislation, PHC and other health authorities must prepare and publicly share annual pay transparency reports. These reports are a key step toward recognizing and addressing potential gender-based pay equity disparities.
