Compliments or Complaints

We recognize that navigating through the maze of facilities and health care services can sometimes be overwhelming, especially if you are facing health challenges.

If you have a comment, concern or compliment, we suggest that you first talk to those involved in your care or the care of your loved one. Please speak with the person who provided the service or to the manager of that area. It is best to share a compliment, or address and resolve complaints at the time and place they occur.
