Questions to ask your care team

Preparing a list of questions in advance can help you make the most of your visit. Here are some options to consider asking:

  • What is my diagnosis, and what are the available treatment options?
  • Are there any potential risks or side effects associated with the recommended treatment?
  • What lifestyle changes or self-care measures can I take to improve my condition?
  • Are there any complementary treatments worth considering?
  • Will Medical Services Plan (MSP) cover everything? If not, should I plan for any extra costs?
