The confidential Respect & No Bully Email Address is phcnobully@providencehealth.bc.ca. Your email will be answered by an OHS representative trained to support callers who are experiencing disrespect, bullying and harassment. The advisor can with help with:
- Debriefing your experience
- Outlining your options for moving forward
- Supporting you with information & resources to help you resolve the situation on our own
- Connecting you with the appropriate leader or HR advisor to get more help to resolve the issue
