Brian graduated from the Professional Photography Program at Langara College in 1977. After graduation he worked 3 years as chief technician in a professional photo lab. During the next two years Brian worked in various areas of photography including a commercial studio and Children's Hospital. He joined St. Paul's Hospital's Media Services Centre in 1982 as a medical photographer. Brian is now applying his many years of experience as a photographer to the world of cutting edge digital photography and digital imaging. Brian is an active and award-winning member of the Professional Photographers of Canada. In April of 2014, Brian received his Masters of Photographic Arts (MPA) from PPOC. He is also accredited in 3 specialty areas of photography. Currently, Brian is the holds the Chair position for PPOC-B.C. Lower Mainland. His portrait/press/and travel photos have won many awards provincially and nationally. When away from Providence he can be found with his camera exploring the culture/food and landscapes of Asia.
