Pulmonary Function Lab

During your visit

A respiratory therapist (RT) will introduce themselves and any support staff who will be helping out with your procedure.

The RT will review your medical history. They will explain the equipment they will be using and answer any questions you may have. Pulmonary function tests generally require you to perform a variety of breathing maneuvers.
