If your appointment is in person

When you arrive at the clinic, check in with Outpatient Reception. If you haven’t told us in advance, please let the clerk know if you need interpretation services.

If your appointment is over the phone

The dietitian will call you at the scheduled time.

Your appointment will last an hour.

Make sure you know if there are any next steps after your appointment. For instance, do you need a follow-up appointment? Are there any tests or procedures that need to be booked for you?

A copy of the care plan that is created just for you will be shared with your doctor.
