Welcome to Holy Family Hospital Rehabilitation at Providence Health Care. Holy Family is a recognized leader in specialized rehabilitation for older adults as well as an exceptional residential care provider.
Our comprehensive rehabilitation services feature a 65-bed inpatient unit and expansive treatment areas, serving over 15,000 outpatient visits annually.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Our program provides intensive therapy to help older adults overcoming significant challenges. These challenges often result from conditions like stroke, arthritis, and orthopedic trauma. We also help you recover from major surgeries like hip, ankle, or knee replacements, as well as leg amputations. Whether striving for full recovery or learning to adapt to long-term damage, we're here to support your journey to better health and well-being.
