Before you leave the clinic the team will:

• Discuss any medication changes. They will let you know if the clinic has arranged the new prescription or if they have recommended the change to your referring provider..
• Ensure you have appropriate laboratory requisitions and know when to go for your next blood tests.
• Let you know how your next appointment will be scheduled. We will give you an appointment card at the visit or we will contact you later with your next appointment date.
