Preparing for your visit

We want to help you make the most of your time at our clinic. Here are some things you can do to prepare for your visit.

Appointments

After we get a referral, our care coordinator will contact you to make an appointment. We will send you a pre-visit survey to learn more about your condition and history. This will help with diagnosis and help the doctor prepare for your appointment.

What to bring to your appointment

  • Your BC Services Card
  • WorkSafe BC or Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) claim number
  • Any questions or concerns for your care team

Transportation & parking

Remember to allow time (approximately 30 minutes) before your appointment to get from your car or transit to the clinic area. If you are new to the clinic and need directions when you arrive at St. Paul’s Hospital, ask a volunteer or reception for directions to our front door. Please remember the name of the clinic to get the best assistance.
