Registered Nurse (RN/RPN), Long Term Care
We are looking for Registered Nurses or Registered Psychiatric Nurses to join our Long-Term Care team in support of the Clinical Systems Transformation (CST) project that will go live in 2021 at St. Vincent’s: Langara and Brock Fahrni. PHC has coined the term “Megamorphosis” as part of its Long-Term Care movement to transform our care homes from a traditional model to a social model of care, to better meet the needs of our residents, their families, and our staff. Megamorphosis aims to increase the engagement of each resident by focusing on the following principles: emotional connections matter most, residents direct each moment, and home is a feeling. The launch of this electronic clinical information system (Cerner) will generate immediate, more complete health records and provide an integrated approach with increased consistency of care. If you’d like to be a key member in this exciting transformation at PHC apply today! To learn more about the CST project, please visit: http://cstproject.ca
