UBC PHC Research Ethics Board Terms of Reference UBC PHC Research Ethics Board Membership Recruitment The UBC-Providence Health Care Research Ethics Board (UBC-PHC REB) is currently seeking physicians who are interested in participating as members of a research ethics board. The membership term is 3 years with opportunity to extend for an additional 3 years. Scheduled REB meetings are normally held monthly except during July. Board members are offered an honorarium for each meeting attended. Membership in the UBC-Providence Health Care Research Ethics Board (UBC-PHC REB) is an interesting and exciting opportunity to contribute to the protection of human subjects in research.
