Court hearing adjourned for Vancouver family seeking to stop St. Paul's Hospital from taking man off life support
A court hearing for a Vancouver family seeking to prevent St. Paul’s Hospital from taking a man off life support was adjourned on Wednesday.
The hearing for the Toor family was scheduled to be held in B.C. Supreme Court in Vancouver but was put off. A court clerk said the case had been adjourned “generally” but provided no other details.
The hospital, which is run by Providence Health Care, declined to comment on the reason why the case did not go ahead.
