Colin Easton meets a stranger a day to help with depression
When Colin Easton was diagnosed with depression, he found himself isolating himself from family and friends.
“I wasn't very happy with that. The idea of having a mental health issue made me uncomfortable,” said Easton.
But he decided he wasn't going to get sucked into his depression.
