Youth with mental health problems are more common than you think
Mental illness affects every aspect of an individual’s life including relationships, education, work and community involvement. Untreated or poorly managed issues in adolescence can become life altering and jeopardize positive transition into adulthood.
Providence Health Care's Inner City Youth Mental Health Program provides assertive outreach based treatment targeted at homeless or inadequately housed individuals with mental illness between the ages of 16-24.
