Community Dialysis Units

Providence Health Care/St. Paul's Hospital
Providence Health Care (PHC) is operationally responsible for seven Community Dialysis Units in the Vancouver Coastal region, which provide hemodialysis to patients closer to home. Patients are referred by the in-centre units (Vancouver Acute and St. Paul's Hospital) to the community unit closest to their home if medically suitable for community care.
