Geoffrey Crampton

Geoffrey joined the PHC Board in June 2014.  He is currently Principal, Geoffrey Crampton & Associates where he provides strategic leadership advice to clients in the private and public sectors.

Between 2001 and 2013 he was VP, People & Organization Development at Fraser Health Authority and the former South Fraser Health Region.

Geoffrey was the first chair of the BC Employment Standards Tribunal and was also the first Director of the Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau when it was created in 1993.

Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Consultant at HLRA (now HEABC).  His career includes management positions with the Overwaitea Food Group and Four Seasons Hotels Ltd. He was also Executive Director, UBC Faculty Association.

Geoffrey has been active in a number of volunteer roles, including:

  • Covenant House, Vancouver;
  • Healthcare Benefit Trust;
  • UBC Centre for Labour & Management Studies;
  • Campaign Cabinet, United Way of the Lower Mainland / Fraser Valley.

Geoffrey is also a member of the Providence Residential and Community Care Services Society Board of Directors.
