Dan Wilton joined the Providence Health Care Board in 2010 after spending two years as a member of the Board Resource Accountability Committee.
Dan is a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a private equity investment firm focused on the mining industry. Prior to that, Dan was Managing Director, Global Mining and Metals at National Bank Financial (NBF) and headed the firm’s Vancouver office. Immediately prior to joining NBF, Dan was a managing director of business development for General Electric’s European financial services businesses based in London, England.
Dan holds a B.Comm (Honours) from Queen’s University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is an avid snowboarder and runner, and loves traveling the world as well as playing in the back yard with his young family.
