Occupational therapy (OT) services are provided across Providence Health Care (PHC) and employ occupational and hand therapists and rehabilitation assistants. Holy Family Hospital is a provincial referral centre providing rehabilitation and residential care to adults in their middle years and beyond and is recognized as a leader in rehabilitation and elder care. Occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants are part of the hospitals' interdisciplinary team and provide care Monday to Friday with no on call requirements.

Mount Saint Joseph Hospital is a community hospital that has a multicultural approach to service delivery and clinical programs. Occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants are part of the hospitals' interdisciplinary team and provide care Monday to Friday with no on call requirements.

St. Paul's Hospital is an acute care, academic and research hospital located in downtown Vancouver. With over 500 acute care beds in use and home to many world-class medical and surgical programs, the hospital serves both the local community and patients from across B.C. The downtown location brings many of Vancouver's tourists and visitors to its doors. Occupational therapists, hand therapists and rehabilitation assistants are part of an interdisciplinary care team and provide services from Monday to Friday with no on call requirements.

St. Vincent’s Hospitals (Brock Fahrni Pavilion and Langara) and Youville Residence provide extended/complex care services. Staffing includes occupational therapists and rehabilitation assistants, who provide coverage five to six days a week.
